Terms of Service
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, RESPONSIBILITIES and OBLIGATIONS.
Fil-Euro Nation Select, including its predecessors, successors, affiliates, partners, coaches, staff members and representatives (collectively referred to as “Fil-Euro Nation Select” or “the Organisation”), provides sports programmes, international tournaments, camps, tours and related services.
By registering for, accessing or participating in any Fil-Euro Nation Select programme, event, communication or related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not register for or participate in any Fil-Euro Nation Select programmes.
Fil-Euro Nation Select reserves the right to revise, update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect once they are published or communicated by the Organisation. Continued participation in any programme or service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Important Disclaimer
The information provided by Fil-Euro Nation Select, whether through programme materials, communications, staff members, coaches or affiliated representatives, is intended to support participants in their involvement in sports programmes, tournaments, training sessions and related activities. All information provided is of a general nature and is intended for informational and educational purposes only. Fil-Euro Nation Select is not a medical organisation, hospital or healthcare provider and its staff, coaches and representatives are not licensed medical professionals. Any guidance related to training, preparation or participation is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Participants should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before participating in any sports programme or physical activity organised by Fil-Euro Nation Select. Participation in programme activities should not occur if a physician has advised against it. Fil-Euro Nation Select staff and representatives cannot provide medical advice and nothing communicated during programme activities should be interpreted as such.
2. Program Fees
Programme fees may include:
- Tournament entry fees
• Coaching and training sessions
• Ground transportation
• Team apparel
• Media Services
• Administrative and organisational costs
Programme fees generally do not include:
• Flights or international travel
• Accommodation
• Travel insurance
• Meals unless otherwise stated
• Personal spending money
• Optional activities or excursions
A detailed cost breakdown will be provided for each specific event.
2. Program Fees & Payment Schedule
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a roster spot. Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule provided for each event.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in:
- Loss of roster position
• Removal from the programme
• Ineligibility to participate

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in sports activities and international travel involves inherent risks.
These risks may include, but are not limited to:
- Physical injury during training or competition
• Accidents during travel or transportation
• Weather conditions
• Illness or medical emergencies
• Unforeseen incidents during programme activities
By participating in Fil-Euro Nation Select programmes, participants and/or their guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.
Participants and guardians agree that Fil-Euro Nation Select, its staff, coaches, affiliates and partners shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents or damages that may occur during participation, except where required by law.
4. Injury & Medical Consent
Participants confirm that they are physically fit and medically able to participate in organised sports activities.
Participants are required to maintain valid medical and travel insurance that covers sports participation abroad.
Participants must disclose any existing injuries, medical conditions, allergies or medications prior to participation.
In the event of a medical emergency during programme activities, Fil-Euro Nation Select staff may take reasonable action to obtain emergency medical treatment for the participant.
All medical expenses incurred remain the responsibility of the participant or guardian.
5. Media & Image Consent
During Fil-Euro Nation Select programmes, photographs and video recordings may be taken for promotional and documentation purposes.
These images may be used by Fil-Euro Nation Select for:
- Social media content
• Promotional materials
• Website or digital marketing
• Future programme promotion
By participating in the programme, participants and guardians grant permission for Fil-Euro Nation Select to use photographs or video recordings that may include the participant.
If a participant or guardian does not wish for images to be used, written notice must be provided prior to the programme.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants represent Fil-Euro Nation Select during all programme activities and are expected to maintain appropriate behaviour.
Participants must:
- Respect coaches, officials, teammates and opponents
• Follow team rules, schedules and curfews
• Demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times
• Respect accommodation facilities and programme property
Parents and guardians must:
- Demonstrate respectful behaviour toward staff and officials
• Support a positive sporting environment
• Address concerns through appropriate communication channels
Failure to follow the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the programme without refund.
7. Participant Agreement
By registering for or participating in any Fil-Euro Nation Select programme, the participant and/or parent or guardian confirms that they:
- Have read and understood this document
• Agree to comply with all Terms & Conditions
• Accept the responsibilities and risks associated with participation
Participation in Fil-Euro Nation Select programmes constitutes acceptance of these Terms, Conditions and policies.
