Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, RESPONSIBILITIES and OBLIGATIONS.

Fil-Euro Nation Select, including its predecessors, successors, affiliates, partners, coaches, staff members and representatives (collectively referred to as “Fil-Euro Nation Select” or “the Organisation”), provides sports programmes, international tournaments, camps, tours and related services.

By registering for, accessing or participating in any Fil-Euro Nation Select programme, event, communication or related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not register for or participate in any Fil-Euro Nation Select programmes.

Fil-Euro Nation Select reserves the right to revise, update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect once they are published or communicated by the Organisation. Continued participation in any programme or service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Purpose

These Payment Terms & Conditions outline the financial obligations of all players, parents, and participants (“the Participant”) enrolling in any Fil-Euro Nation Select (“the Organisation”) international tournament, tour, camp, or related programme.

2. Program Fees

• Programme fees may include: tournament entry, coaching, training sessions, accommodation, ground transport, team apparel, and administrative costs.

• Fees do not include: flights, travel insurance, meals (unless stated), personal spending, or additional excursions.

• A detailed cost breakdown will be provided for each specific event.

3. Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a roster spot.

• Deposits must be paid by the deadline stated in the event invitation or registration form.

• A roster spot is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received and confirmed.

4. Payment Schedule

• Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule provided for each event.

• Late payments may result in:

o Loss of roster spot
o Late fees
o Inability to participate in the event

• All payments must be completed before departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank transfer

• Debit/credit card

• Online payment platforms (if applicable)

• Cash payments are accepted only when arranged in advance with the Organisation.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Participant-Initiated Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Additional payments may be refundable only if the Organisation has not yet made non-recoverable payments on behalf of the Participant (e.g., accommodation, tournament fees, apparel orders, transport bookings).

• Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Organisation-Initiated Cancellations

If Fil-Euro Nation Select cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue changes, insufficient roster numbers, safety concerns):

• Participants will receive a refund minus any non-recoverable costs already paid to third-party vendors.

• The Organisation is not responsible for flight costs or personal travel arrangements.

7. Travel Insurance

• All Participants are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including medical coverage and trip cancellation protection.

• Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure.

• The Organisation is not liable for costs arising from injury, illness, travel delays, or lost luggage.

8. Failure to Pay

• Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in removal from the roster.

• Outstanding balances may be pursued through collection processes if necessary.

• Participants removed for non-payment are not entitled to refunds.

9. Changes to Program Costs

• The Organisation reserves the right to adjust programme fees in the event of currency fluctuations, vendor price changes, or unforeseen operational costs.

• Participants will be notified promptly of any adjustments.

10. Behavioural Removal

• If a Participant is removed from the programme due to misconduct, violation of team rules, or behaviour that jeopardises the safety or reputation of the Organisation:

• No refunds will be issued.

• Any additional costs incurred due to early removal (e.g., separate travel arrangements) are the responsibility of the Participant.

11. Liability

• Fil-Euro Nation Select is not responsible for financial losses resulting from:

o Travel disruptions
o Visa issues
o Illness or injury
o Personal decisions to withdraw

• Participants and guardians accept full responsibility for personal travel arrangements.

12. Agreement

By submitting payment or registering for any Fil-Euro Nation Select programme, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to these Payment Terms & Conditions.
